Herald Maxwell (or Max as everyone refers to him)

 is founder and president of Project Noah, Inc.

He has always had a passion for 

saving animals, even in his early days

in Hong Kong.

Marge Maxwell (Max's wife) is vice-president

and secretary of Project Noah, Inc.

She is an assistant professor at Western

Kentucky University in the education department.

Marcia Fuller is the treasurer of 

Project Noah, Inc. She is an instructor

of respiratory therapy at Bowling Green

Technical Institute.
